Love Down Babylon Extras

A True and Magical Story

Wed, 21 Oct 2026 18:18:04 GMT

A short story about my late friend Jellybean and his magical idea. It all started with a tiny tin box with the simple sign, "Take Anything, Leave Anything". And from there it took on a life of its own… Such a simple idea but it was the seed for so much magic over the following few years. R.I.P. Mark (Jellybean). Your memory has been for a blessing in my life and so many more. Lovin' you!

Demonetize This!

Wed, 21 Oct 2026 18:10:45 GMT

You're going to want to watch this one rather than just listen. It was a test video I shot where I got a little silly with the music that was playing in the background. If you want to see dancing in chairs. Why not!? Seriously though… The text overlays have to be read. It won't work as audio only. So if you're not using a Podcasting 2.0 player that can play the video version you can go see it on YouTube. Here's the link: https://youtu.be/T8S3T_4Jqzk

Unconditional Love

Wed, 21 Oct 2026 18:08:42 GMT

Here is the video on Unconditional Love that I mentioned in the main Love Down Babylon podcast. After recording this there was a lot of unexpected and highly confronting drama that I had to deal with with. In an upcoming episode I will revisit some of the things happening in my life leading up to and since this video was recorded, how I process my feelings, and some of the lessons I have learned through my experience.

Love Down Babylon Pilot B

Wed, 21 Oct 2026 18:06:01 GMT

Starting the Love Down Babylon podcast has been a process of moving through vulnerability as I try to find my own rhythm and stride. I made two attempts at the first episode which I released as "Pilot A" and "Pilot B" on YouTube as a place to work out how I wanted to put this show together. Since self-honesty, authenticity, and vulnerability are central themes, I am releasing these pilot episodes on my secondary feed, Love Down Babylon Extras.

Even though I didn't use either as my first episode, I welcome feedback on these videos as well. If you endeavor to watch both, I would be very grateful for feedback regarding what you liked in or about one versus the other. The both cover most of the same points. But there are differences in how I articulate them, etc. Thank you SO MUCH for you valuable time and energy! Lovin' you!!! - Tim
